-Be one of the people that is willing to do what it takes - Most people are NOT willing to do what it takes - they say they are, but they make excuses....if you are 100% willing to do WHATEVER it takes to reach your goal, you will put yourself in the top % of people that absolutely creates massive success during these next couple of years
-Build passive streams of income....real estate is a great option...think about this....during the next 5 years, how many houses can I buy for the least amount of investment....one every 6 months?......in 5 years you would have 10 houses, that could all be rented, paying off your mortgages and creating passive income for you.
