I just read an article that addressed the issue of womens income being less than their male co-workers for doing the same work. The article also stated that in order for women to succeed in the corporate world, they require a group of "promoters" to push for their rights to a position. Basically, a group of people in their corporate structure that will go to bat for them and speak on their behalf for promotions, wage increases, etc. Is this 2011?
